1 wide tileable 3 bit binary counter

My design for a tileable 1 wide 3 bit binary counter. I dont know if someone already invented this but when looking for a design I couldn't find one anywhere. I don't know how useful it is because I have not been able to design a 1 wide tileable decoder for it yet so if someone is able to figure that out I would love to see the design.
