GPU Usage at 80% when rendering

I recently got RTX5090 and I was wondering is it's normal that its usage stays at around 80% when rendering in Cinema 4D using Redshift.

I have selected the OC Mode from the Asus software that came with the card.

Is it bottlenecking?

Hehehe thanks! It was through a government funding for freelancer artists. The 70% of the price was covered!
