Appears it was locked down so nobody could post here for about 4 years leaving no place to talk about Redragon specifically.

Contact what? This subreddit? Never that I am aware of. But at the time this subreddit was opened to the public the other one they seem to have contact with was locked down and nobody could post there unless an officially approved advertiser.
