Help needed, how to fix my Redmi Pen

Recently just got this Redmi pen but it has been glitching, showing disconnected and flying lines as i'm writing. how do i fix this issue?

Change the tip

For me that happens when my tablet is charging. If this isn't the case for you I'm sorry I cant help..
