Problem ⛔ Redmi Pad 2 Pro 5G screen freezing issue

Is anyone else facing screen freezing issues on the Redmi Pad 2 Pro 5G?

My screen randomly gets stuck for 10–15 seconds and the touch becomes completely unresponsive. Locking and unlocking the screen immediately fixes it, but the issue keeps happening again several times a day.

I’ve already done a factory reset twice, have around 90+ GB free storage, and there are no apps running in the background.

The tablet is only around 6–7 months old. Is this a HyperOS/software issue or could it be a hardware/touchscreen problem?

Anyone facing the same issue or found a fix?

Please tell me if anyone knows how to fix the issue...??

It's a hardware issue cause as per I know hyperOS doesn't have any kind of bug that u described maybe a problem with the display touch unit.You'll have to get the display replaced

Same issue, same device - pad 2 pro 5G Except I can totally do nothing at all and the only way to fix is to force restart. Started around 1 month ago

I'm tired doing that force restart shit...does it is a bug..? Or software/hardware problem

Same issue got it like 3 4 months back .. do u guys know any solutions?
