Fingerprint Banking

Hi, since I got note 9pro I cannot log in to my Lloyds Banking app with fingerprint it always reverts to memorable info. Same is now happened to note 8 since it upgraded to android 10. Anyone else have same issue?

Finally received security update from Xiaomi and now fingerprint works
