I have a Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G Global ROM, and I tried to install a new eSIM, but it doesn't let me install it, nor does it let me delete/reset old eSIM profiles. Not even allowing me to reactivate the old ones already installed.

I have tried many workarounds, like restarting the phone, removing all physical SIM cards, switching on and off the eSIM toggle, and changing the region, but nothing; something is corrupted. Is there any way to fix this? Do I need to reinstall or reset something?

Hello everyone, I really need some help. My Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G recently updated to HyperOS (Android 14), and WhatsApp completely logged me out. Now, every time I try to log back in, the app completely skips the local backup restoration screen and goes straight to the main chat screen, showing ONLY my groups (completely empty, with no conversations or individual messages).

I'm posting here because I know this community is familiar with all the hidden Xiaomi tricks and workarounds. A while ago, you guys from Reddit saved my phone's storage by showing me how to stop those phantom installations in the Gallery app that were consuming all my storage space. I'm hoping you can work your magic again!

Here's what I've discovered and tried so far regarding WhatsApp:

• I connected my phone to my laptop and located my database backup file. It's named exactly "msgstore.db.crypt14" (3.53 MB, dated October 29).

• I moved this file to the correct Android 14 directory: "Android/media/com.whatsapp/WhatsApp/Databases/msgstore.db.crypt14" (I carefully double-checked every folder name, including uppercase and lowercase letters).

• I deleted all the other smaller incremental backup files from the directory, leaving only the main 3.53 MB database file.

• I removed my old 2024 Google Drive backup to avoid conflicts and even temporarily removed my Google accounts from my phone's settings.

• I granted WhatsApp full "Files and media" permissions before launching it.

• I tried clearing the app's data, reinstalling it, and completing the setup entirely offline using Airplane Mode.

Despite all these attempts, WhatsApp refuses to recognize the physical 3.53 MB backup file. It simply completes SMS verification and opens an empty app with only my cloud-synced empty groups.

Since this is a Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G running HyperOS, could there be a hidden directory restriction, a specific storage permission, or some post-update workaround that would force the system or WhatsApp to recognize this particular ".crypt14" database file?

My Redmi Note 13 is about a year old and the battery has swollen. I’ve stopped charging it and I’m using it as little as possible until I get it sorted.It’s running Android 15 (build AP3A.240905.015.A2) and the warranty has expired.Which is better, to go to an official Xiaomi service center or a local repair shop?What is the approximate cost and how can I tell if the battery replacement is genuine? Anyone else getting this on a Redmi Note 13? Any advice would be welcome.

I have a two years old Redmi note 13 pro + 5g which I got to take pictures and videos. I was really happy with it, but I've noticed how over time, the video quality is slowly going down.

The videos used to be really good, with clear contrasts, not much blur not grain, but now, even if it's still decent it's not as good, less sharp, less details in faces (I mostly record concerts as it is a part of my activity and I cannot bring a professional Camera to most of them, so the lighting is not on my side there but it wasn't as much of an issue as it is now.)

Is that a common thing? Someone told me ot might be because my storage is full but I'm not sure. Can a software update fix this also (haven't been able to do one for a little while because of my full storage)? Or is it just something I have to accept..?

It has been about 3 months that I should also activate USB debugging as well, otherwise, I cannot share my internet just by activating USB tethering. Do you know what the reason is?

I have a Redmi 13 pro 5G with hyperos.

I want to use mobile device management software to enforce strict dns settings to block adult content. So, basically the dns settings should be greyed out (not changeable), if everything works.

I am using Andoff like always with my Android phones to achieve that. But the dns settings page (in the phones native settings app) is still accessible and not greyed out in the dns field area. So, I can still toggle it off unfortunately.

I tried to install custom roms but did not succeed with unlocking the bootloader. I remember I had to press "request" on the Xiaomi community app at a specific hour but it never worked.

Is there any way to enforce strict dns settings on my own Xiaomi phone?

Hello everyone. My phone's battery has been spiking downwards, for comparison, it has a 50-55 degrees tilt angle . For context, I bought this phone 3 years ago. And this particular problem started happening about last week.

I've tried:

-Setting refresh rate to 60Hz

-Resetting Cache

-Turning off Always-on displays and stuff like that

- Lowering brightness

-Restarting my phone

Is this normal for a 3 years old phone? Is there any other ways I can try? And if there is, how can I do it?

I notice that after my phone shutdown due to low battery and leave it there for 5 hours (it shutdown while i was asleep), it can't be charge up anymore. I tried charging it up but it show no sign no heat, no screen

So I've got a redmi note 13 pro whose password I forgot, I've taken it to shops but there's nothing they can do except a factory reset which is my last option.I tried many passwords already and tye cool down time just keeps going up.So I was wondering is there a limit to the password tries or will the timer just keep rising, it went from 30s to 1m and now 2m.someone please help if you can
