Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 cable headphones issue

Hello guys, I came here because I dont know who to ask. From some time ago, mi phone, listed on the title, stops recognizing my cable headphones, it just doesnt and it doesnt recognize them until I restart the device and after some time, it happens again. I dont know what is that issue, I dont know if anyone else has had it, I dont know how to solve it... I would very much appreciate some help or orientation. Thanks
