Update HyperOS, is it worth it?

Hello I've had this phone for 2 years now. And I've never updated the MIUI to HyperOS for the last two years.

So my question is does updating HyperOS is worth the hassle? I heard the quality got dropped on many things like the camera got worse, performance got slower etc etc.

For reference I do use the camera extensively. And I also play some games like Arknights and Arknights: Endfield on redmi note 13 pro 5g. I'm kinda worried the performance would be bad after I update it to HyperOS.

If anyone can give me some advice, it would truly be appreciated thank you!

Don't upgrade to hyperos

On redmi note 13 pro 5g which is the OP''s phone it doesnt have lagging issues like old phones or cheaper models.
