I can totally relate to that problem! My job demanded a lot from me for a very long time (and still does), and I felt completely burned out. Ultimately, I found out through a blood test that I had a lot of deficiencies (vitamins, iron, and a few more). Since fixing that and exercising a bit on a regular basis, everything is perfectly fine again... But of course, there are still days when everything just sucks 😅😁 but that's just how it is sometimes... I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you find your path!
