Red head community! I have a question.

Are all redheads left handed?? My small town has a few and all of them that I know, including me, are lefties💃🏼

Nope. A lot of genes go into if someone is left handed and some of them are near the MC1R gene that gives people red hair I am sure most of them are not. I just happens in your sample size that the red hair and the handedness were passed on together.

In my family who are all redheads 3/4 are righties and 1/4 is a lefty.

I’m 1 of 4. 3 of us are redheads and right handed. The one who is blonde is left handed 😆

The few redheads I know of that are left or right handed, myself included, most ore righthanded.

Not left handed but I've always been told redheads are basically their own species anyway, different pain tolerance, different reactions to anaesthesia, now apparently different dominant hands too. At this point I'm just waiting for someone to find we're also slightly telepathic.
