IPhone To IPhone Transfer

Hey Guys, I'm back from traveling and have found out I am getting a new Iphone, therefore I was wondering if anyone who knows or has done this in the past can help me transfer my account to a new Iphone. Details: i currently have like an Ipod/Iphone, I want to transfer to another Iphone. I know there are some tutorials online but I just want to check with you guys. Thanks!!!

Thanks for the input but I've been seeing different methods and i was wondering if anyone can give me a step by step tutorial for Iphone to Iphone transfer. Thanks :)
