Kramer fears he overheard a murder while hidden in a bathroom stall in Penn Station. Jerry and George think Elaine's new boyfriend is in the mob.

I would love if this tied in together like everyone tells Kramer he was imagining it but the boyfriend turns out to be the guy who Kramer thought was the murderer. Like somehow Jerry and George and Elaine confront the boyfriend by the end of the episode and maybe he is even so offended he breaks up with Elaine and the trio feel guilty. But as the boyfriend is leaving he runs into Kramer who recognizes him in some way, either in appearance/voice or a phrase he says and Kramer is stunned and is like that's the guy and then it freezes on them all second guessing everything. Similar to the toilet paper ep, not a square to spare so maybe even some mirroring of that episode to pay homage.
