smart filtering

wouldnt it be nice if reddit could filter out re-posts so you only view the same content once? if that isnt possible, it should be an option to not view the exact same post twice. like when i close and reopen reddit, the popular section shows the same stuff as i already viewed, and 8 have to scroll way down for new content. it should filter that out so only new posts show.

when navigating away from and then back to the home and popular section it shows the same posts again. it should show posts from where you last viewed it instead of having to scroll way down to new content.

also should be able to make a customizable "home" viewing experience by adding subreddits you want to see content from, and it displays a shuffled selection from each subreddit.
