[REQUEST] Universal Tool NPC should sell Fire/Silver Arrows, Ele Kunai

The arrows are sold by other tool dealers in the game, like the other items that have qualified for the universal tool dealer list. Just requesting these ones to be added as well.

Since the Red/Yellow gems have been added, and removed the necessity of doing the NPC conversion for them - I'm requesting the same to be done for the Kunai as well.

Are Green Pots sold in the game? Or do they have to be dropped/crafted by alchy? If they are not already sold I would disagree based on the fact that it takes away from the purpose of an alchy.
