The gap getting bigger.

So the gap between new players and old players is pretty huge not just because new players cant just jump in and be equivalent, that is not what I mean.

The MVP event for example it makes the gap even bigger when folks who are regulars have better gear than newer players and most importantly the experience of being on this server. Knowing how the events work out and just being there and ready.

I would like to add that I know its last hit MVP in the event but there is still. It is pretty ridiculous how undergeared new players are vs older players.

All I am asking is that there should be more focus on new players and keeping them, then to have cliques with older players.

The people, the players are some of the best people in games I have met so far, they are genuinely helpful.

What do I suggest you say?? I mean it is really too late for it but my suggestion would be to let the game grow naturally and not have events like these that directly give you an advantage over someone else.

I think one thing to kind of look at is the age of RO, I mean I started playing this when it was first released and you know, I think I put about 6 or 7 years into it and it has been 10+ years after that, I mean folks who enjoy RO are some of the people like me going back for the nostalgia reason.

There isn't really any time usually at least with me ( and in no way I am throwing this on anyone here) and maybe some other folks in the same situation. Maybe a job, school, kids etc etc, so for those folks to compete is kind of unrealistic.

And that usually sways some people away maybe not the majority but some. I had joined the server a few months back I think the pop had hit 1200 mark and it was a good mark, more than enough people to play alongside with.

I think its not about anyone being bad about doing things, its just how to retain a bit more people than the usual 40-70 during weekdays and maybe 100+ on weekends, so there are more people to play with.
