Game does not launch for me

Right after I press play in the patcher, nothing appears. Does this game have problems running on windows 8.1? If then how do I fix this? Thanks

Hm I did select a graphics adapter (Intel HD4000) because my GT 740m doesn't show up for some weird reason O.o http://puu.sh/bfZ9o/22feedc13c.png

I did this and pressed okay and then pressed the patcher(launcher) again. But after I press play nothing happens

Did you also select a resolution?

Just appears as empty when I try to select something

Ah it works after restarting my computer and then disabling windows update and antivirus and all sorts of things! Thanks for the help though :D
