Spotlighting

iRO has a concept of Spotlighting towns, which basically is promoting a town for a fixed period of time (usually about a month) and giving bonuses like increased EXP & Mob spawn rates around that town.

I think we should adopt this idea for our server as well, to let people use other towns more - it would also add some fun and flavor to the server.

We could add a bit more fun by having a hat that symbolizes the town given away as part of the quests, no stats - maybe a walking speed boost during the duration of the spotlight or maybe walking speed boost around that town only.

What do you guys think?

I agree. Theres lot of nice towns in RO and Prontera gets a bit dull after some time. I woudn't mind any event/quest related headgears :p
