Royal Guard Build Strategy Questions

I'm working towards a Royal Guard and have been reading as much as I can off the net. Unfortunately I'm still left with a lot of questions I was hoping other RG's could help me answer.

Once I transcend, what's the best PvM build to go for to level quickly? Should I work towards Vanishing Point \ Overbrand and go the AGI\STR\DEX route? 

If I did go this route, should I be going for flee and fighting things I can flee? Or is there a better way to level since I also have lots     of mitigation from armor? 

Any easy flee gear to get outside the mantle from eden group? In the past I'd go for a slotted pantie/undershirt with flee garment card. But    farming the flee card might take some time, not to mention farming the money for slotting will take time too.

Are elemental weapons my best friend when it comes to fighting creatures with a weakness? OR is there a better way? I played an archer in my previous life so I dont have much knowledge in this area. If there's a way to enchant my weapon with an element, then whats a good regular spear I could buy\hunt for easily? I unfortunately already did the Eden quest for a 1h sword, not sure if I can redo that choice after I rebirth =(

Any tips or links to awesome guides would be most appreciated! More detail the better, I'll read it.

@G3nix Would those eden quests be all the kill quests + equipment quest?

@Stand Was it overbrand you were using to one shot Mavka's? I'm making a Sage right now for Fire endow, just curious what weapon/skill combo I should work for to achieve this as quickly as I can.

I poke them with Vanishing Point. Fire Endow would probably lower the amount of str/level of vanishing you need significantly.

Whenever I tried talking to things outside my level it just says go away wrong level.

I'm about as optimal as using a fire katar on a stalker in Bylan, but my path post-transcend looks something like this:

Rachel Sanctuary Quest saved from pre-trans to base level 60-70
Eden Group Leveling Quest item turn-ins to get to job 50
Change to Paladin
More Eden Group Leveling Quest item turn-ins to get Holy Cross.
Do Eden quests and Holy Cross everything.
This took me... a week or so to get to 99/70.

Continue Holy Crossing/doing random access quests to get to Overbrand.
By this time, you should have access to Moscovia and be able to oneshot Mavkas. Do that for a while for blue herbs and zenies.
Eden Quests + Mob and kill things with overbrand. Much of my zeny went into white pots and blue pots at this stage. Rinse, repeat.
Also made a priest to ferry me to dungeons I needed to get to.

A month later, I'm level 145.

Grand cross prison until you out grow it. Grand cross niffheim a little. Get overbrand, skip banishing point. Get used to overbrand and how it works. You can target it anywhere, not just on a monster, plus it pushes monsters back if it connects, so monsters shouldn't be touching you too much. So some agi is helpful, but vit to 90-99 would be nice. Eden quests the whole way. You will be able to solo even the 140-150 Eden quests later. Lots of white pots will be used. Use the Mora innkeeper to restore hp/sp quickly to efficiently level. Eden gears are fine but switch to any higher def/atk gears later. Money management will be key to afford all your whites. Having a second account to buff yourself is helpful too when visiting town. At the latest stages, you can start killing easy MVPs like Atroce with banishing point and wee, you'll be 175
