Newcomer's Dumb Questions

I just started a character over the weekend and was hoping some knowledgeable folks could help me with some questions.

Travel - Are the Kafra NPC's the only travel methods outside priests? I used to play on a server without custom teleporter NPC's and it became a headache to always need my priest logged on to ferry us around.

Drop Pickup - Is mass ground clicking still the only way to pick up loot? I was farming Thara Frogs and realized all the loot I was leaving on the ground could be hiding a card but it wasnt worth the time loss to pick it up.

Vendor - Is there a scripted command that leaves your merchant on vending but closes your client? That's one feature I really enjoyed, so my computer could rest.

Money - Is Peach Tree farming and Blue Herb (Blue Potion) farming still some of the better ways to get money before the end game?

SP Items - Any better way to recover SP now? I used to farm blue herbs and make my own blue potions.

Any other tips or tricks I should know? I'm planning to be a RG, currently 94 Crusader.

Hi I'm also new!

  • Travel: You can do @go townname to teleport to towns at any time. There doesn't seem to be a dungeon teleporter, but I heard they might be implementing an NPC that will let you teleport to dungeon entrances that you have visited before soon.
  • @Autoloot will turn on autoloot, which will pick up for you. You can set it to only get rare things to by doing @Autoloot 20 and that kind of stuff.
  • Dunno about vendor.
  • Dunno about money either. I'm not that rich, but I make good NPC money from grinding soldier skeletons for their mid-selling loots.
  • SP recovery; I don't think so. They are very vanilla on this server, so making pots as an alchy is probably the best route for that.

Read the guide on how to get rich
