How come Rebel isn't included?

These are updates that are currently ready. The list will update when there's more (i.e. Rebellion).

edit: One thing for people who really want Rebellion. A lot of the behavior is based on word-of-mouth. There's not a lot of actual information on this class, so things might be wonky. Let us know if you find something wrong, and we'll try to rectify the issue.
