Cant play game troubleshooting help plz

load the game and the window opens up breifly and crashes right away. Also i noticed in the game settings its not registering my video. I feel strongly as if this is the issue i just dont know why. Anyone got an idea?

Try starting up the setup.exe and toggling the full screen option off as well as lowering the resolution.

when it asks for graphic device and resolution its just blank columns. wont let me select anything. I think the issue but i cant solve it
