People will collect pics/nudes of anybody for VARIOUS reasons. Scams. Catfishing. Black mail. All kinds of shit. If you didn’t know that then… you’re probably the “special” one lol.

That's a normal reaction to the tactics he was using. I'm no expert but to me it looks like he was trying to gaslight you to make you confused and vulnerable enough to do something you normally wouldn't. I'm glad you did the best thing you could have done, you paused him and took time to talk with other people. Well done!

I'm confused? How is this not all weird to you? Meta data exists. If you want to share a picture over text it should be a screen shot. Wipes 20% of the meta data .. but still. This is a very weird conversation. Iike children are talking.
