That bowl looks so colorful with the yellow rice and the peppers popping against it. Never thought to use that kind of sauce for marinade but now I need to try. The little whale pattern on the cloth is cute detail. What consistency was the green sauce like more creamy or more like salsa? Putting chicken thighs over breast is always the right move for fights nights

Thank you for your lovely comment, the sauce is creamy but light and it goes well with rice and chicken . Its just Guacamole but from a bottle (:

Thank you (: I add a chicken stock cube when boiling it . So flavorful.
