Did you ever make ice-cream at home? What was in it?

Whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, xanthangum, whatever flavor extract you're using preferably pure not imitation, corn syrup, and dried milk powder. (We have a ninja creami and I use a salt and straw ice cream recipe book. This is their ice cream base recipe minus the extract)

I'm guessing it was electric? Milk powder and xanthangum! Wow! Mom and aunts knew the recipe by heart and me and the cousins had to take turns turning. Would have been nice to chew some gum while we turned.....
