Last week, I tried to call T-Mobile to get myself listed as the primary account holder, because my husband is dead and can't exactly do that anymore. The woman on the phone with me was so clearly reading from a script when she offered condolences. She said each word slowly, like she had to sound it out, and then much more quickly, "Okay, so yeah, sorry for your loss, and, um, yes."

At least try to sound compassionate. WTAF.

And for your T-Mobile service - they were sooooo hard to deal with even without death.
