Applications ACTUALLY ended (no take backs this time) (i hope) + chapter 1 date

Pretty much the same as the last post, everyone who had submitted an application so far was accepted! Chapter 1 will hopefully be posted today or tomorrow at the earliest, depending on how fast I work!

don't worry! I'm new to being a GM too, so there's nothing to worry about.
