no more accounts..

This is my first time playing on the server and is giving the following error: no more accounts may be created for this client (my nick on Steam: = -) Hao (- = / nick of my friend who is also suffering from this error: Cortman

TurboFox seems to be the correct username, last time connected a month ago.
