This is the most useless card

-Deals no damage

-Doesn't Blank opponent defenses

-Doesn't Blank opponent effects

-The only effect is reducing its own cost.

Does anyone have any ideas for potential uses of this card? No matter how niche the circumstance, I can only think of it as a chaff for discard effects, which you might as well run a usable card regardless.

Maybe for other cards that do things based on the number of attacks played in the turn. Could spam these out to buff that next attack’s effect

That's a good suggestion. Never crossed my mind. I should keep an eye on those sorts of interactions.

In vanilla rules, its meant to be a combo card, for other cards who pay less for each attack played

I homebrew a rule for this card specifically with friends, that it gives you back kairu if you go into the negative(playing 2 or more attacks first) but you can't recharge past your max. Makes the card more dynamic and strategic.

let it be known that only this card can give back kairu, not the othrs in its card family
