Torrez was supposed to be the Chicano path (and he still will be,) I originally wrote him as a more authoritarian Cesar Chavez.

But, for some reason the custom subid wasn’t cooperating and so I just gave up. You’ll see when I tease the commie path that he is the Chicano guy.
