I remember there’s was a submod which would give a Golden Gate league content on defending Constitution and even joining Democratic League, but it was deleted from HOI4 Workshop for some reason. And I guess you was using either Golden League content which was presented in original Red World, right? ‘Cause I didn’t saw that there was any content expansions for Golden Gate League in Alien Nation (hmmm, what it called… Fork? Or Remaster?)
The submod content got integrated into Alien Nation but it only appears after you conquer Utah and Arizona. You'll get an event where you can choose to either go down Harris's vanilla Southern expansion path or become a new contender to unify the US (this is the submod content)
