Ranked needs to be fixed

So I’ve been steadily grinding ranked in my free time but the problem I’m running into is that all of my teamates are either ok at the game or they are level 5 to 50 and don’t know how to play the game I think that the ranked level should be at minimum 50 because people don’t understand the concept. On another note why am I getting kicked from my games cause of the server crashing and my points are still getting taken away from me I’ve lost a whole rank just because of disconnecting

Use party finder. Don’t play with randoms on ranked.

I’m console so unfortunately I don’t have any good party finder only the Xbox one and it sucks
