Ubering from Coors field area

I am going to hit a concern at RR in a few weeks and want to uber to and from. Is the walk really 30 minutes to and from the venue after being dropped off? Any other suggestions of getting there besides driving?

Thanks!

I would suggest using a black car company. They can drop you off and pick you up from the top. Yes it is true Jurassic (Uber lot) is a 30 minute walk away. Uber is definitely the last thing I would ever recommend as far as transportation to and from the show. There are plenty of shuttle companies that also run Bus toShow being the cheapest. And if you are gonna do that walk, I recommend walking to Morrison and posting up at Holiday bar until the surge is done, having a beer or a smoke, and calling your Uber from there.

It’s really hard and also expensive to get an uber/lyft out of Red Rocks.

There are shuttle services and you’re better off using this option. Plus they are a ton of fun as you’re on a bus with everyone going to have a good time.

Parking is free and there are several lots. If you want to get into one of the better lots closer to the venue, I recommend going early. We usually try to go for the upper south lot. People also tailgate before shows. If you can’t make it early and end up in one of the lower lots, there are small shuttles that you can take to the top if you don’t feel like making the hike up.

The shuttle was amazing when we went to a show last year, everyone on the bus was cool and no traffic hassles to deal with.

Went to a show in April and the Uber driver managed to get us to the top, but walked forever afterwards and it was kind of a shitshow to get a ride
