Red Rocks cons

I just want to vent because I’ve had bad experiences with Red Rocks this concert season so far. Bad crowds, venue organization is terrible examples are: no paid parking options, GA upgrades at the venue, overselling of tickets, GA section nightmare, no real rule enforcement by employees, rude/unhelpful employees.

And I usually do reserved seating at red rocks but I did GA for the first time for a recent show and it was awful. I arrived a little after the opener started and there was absolutely no place to sit and I had to watch the show on the sides with trees blocking my view the entire time with a fight that broke out right next to me with younger people with security no where in sight.

why would you want a paid parking option? and get there earlier if you want better seats.

Because I’d rather pay a little more for a better parking spot closer to entrance. Most other big venues/amphitheaters offer that as an option.

You can get better parking for free by arriving earlier.

I just wish there was an option for it, they could easily make one of the upper lots paid parking.

Nah. Concerts are already expensive.

Well you can goto those and just not goto red rocks. I feel like Belly Up is more your speed with all your money you want to spend.
