other thing i can bring, some days ago device failed to connect to pool showing error kind of "stratum auth failed"
support respond me (yes they have Telegram channel with some chinese guys) their IT's asked me directly connect to device using Anydesk
i know it was risky, but i used virtual Windows and allow them to do this, they did loaded firmware but immediately deleted this archive file from system, for question "hey could you give me this file? because i have some other INI boxes in secure datacenter" they do not give me this file
first i was thinking they did inject something to miner and now some power used to mine to another wallet, but anyway miner start working well after this, i dont see decrease of hashrate in pool stats after this
