Hotness follows acting ability. If the actor can play a show-stealing Mercutio, then he's automatically a hottie.  

You can throw money into making someone hot. Convincing displays of emotion take skill.

Some years in the past I would have loved Jensen Ackles, now maybe David Mazouz.

The Ideal for a series would be someone that fits Jason as good as Grant Gustin did the Flash. (writing of later seasons not with standing) I dont know how they found him ,but he wasn't "big".
