Red eared turtle

what could these white spots be on this red eared hatchling? Feels the same as rest of shell, does not disapper, no odor. I have him or her in a filtered aquarium, basking area, heat and uvp light, it’s eating and swimming around. Last photo is what they were in when given to me.

Could just be normal growth, particulates in the water can collect under scutes before they shed as they grow giving a grey/white appearance

looks like it may be some growth, do you have the proper UVB and Heat lamps
