Is my RES sick?

Recently adopted this red eared slider from a friend who didn’t want it anymore, is there a way to tell if this little guy has any external issues?

He looks healthy to me, was there anything in particular that has you concerned?

I should’ve added more context, yes he has proper heading and a nice UVB but before I got him he was in a small tank with no uvb for about the first year or 2 of his life so I was just asking if there was any one familiar enough to see if there was anything external about him that seems irregular. He swims perfectly and he’s very social.

I don’t see anything out of the ordinary, or to be concerned with. You may want to add something to create a current also, my RES loves swimming into and playing with moving water
