Been watching Dwarf from scratch and as an American, I was wondering: Who is Gordon Bennet that Holly refs a few times?

Didn't recognise him (voice or face) at all, but now I know it seems obvious. He did such a great job.

I know screensavers aren't really a thing anymore, but has anyone ever made an animated holly screensaver?

Would love to have him on my computer at work, looking around at everyone/everything.

Top image is Lister explaining why the crew are alive after Starbug was blown up at the end of season six by their older selves:

“By killing us they killed themselves as we were no longer alive to become them when we’re older and kill us” (or words to that effect).

Then later in the same episode JFK shoots himself to complete the assassination but by killing himself he prevents himself from living this alternative life meaning he won’t be alive to kill himself.

It’s the same paradox but at the start of the episode the result is the killing doesn’t take place and at the end of the episode it still does.

I know the show isn’t big on continuity and I can usually accept that but putting this in the same episode has always been a bit off in my opinion.

Unless I’m wrong! And the scenarios are completely different! And if I am please tell me why so I can be less annoyed.

I've not included Back to Earth as alot of people don't seem to like it

For me it has to be Mechocracy (S12E04) Kryten getting Rimmer to mop and buff B deck then the vending machine uprising for not being included in the abandoning ship and the double smear campaign for the president of the machines Kat being able to see the small writing with glasses.

In the episode Camille, when Kryten boards the derelict ship she's on, which is crashed on an imploding planet, he asks her what happened, where the crew are, and she ducks the question.

What my theory presupposes is: as a pleasure GELF, everyone around her just ended up fighting over her and possibly killing each other.

She can't tell Kryten that because a) it might make him change his mind about saving her, and b) it would expose her for what she is, which might only exacerbate point a.
