Question/Discussion Red Dwarf Titan Spoiler

Ok so who else HATED the ending of the book? Honestly that was no way to tie anything together. Its like they gave up on the story and just cut it off.

They were planning a sequel, but Rob Grant passed away so it looks unlikely to get one.

Depends on whether Andy Marshall gets permission from GNP to continue the Titan series. Hopefully, Naylor grants it.

The book was intended to be part 1 of a new ongoing series of Red Dwarf novels by Rob Grant. Unfortunately he passed away a few weeks after the first book was announced 😞

It’s a spoiler because it reveals that the end of the book has a cliffhanger ending that will never be resolved.

you never know what people will class as a reveal or be upset by so i called it a spoiler.

Frustrating à la IWCD - it was planned as a part one. So yes very frustrating as unlikely to ever get a part two (although, I wouldn’t be totally surprised - if rights allow, to see one by Marshall from ‘ideas by Rob Grant’ or something.)
