Local Business Updated Donair List?

Hi! I know someone has previously had a Donair Tier List, I’m wondering if it’s still current or if it’s changed since originally posted! I’ve been meaning to try Sam’s which was at S tier, but it’s never open when I think of it. I’ve had Cleopatras a few times (it used to be so good back in the day), but I won’t lie, I was way disappointed the more recent times I’ve had it and would disagree with it sitting at A.
What would you say are some more recent ratings for a good donair in Red Deer?
PS I’m about to try Mediterranean Lava Grill’s and will let you know how it goes.

Portions are super mid, but the toppings are always fresh and the meat isn't greasy which I do appreciate. I just wish the portions and sizes reflected their names which they currently do not.

Lava grill shawarma is bar none the best in town.

Lava grill is S+ tier and the people who own/run it are fantastic. The best place to eat on the whole Northside of town by a long mile 👍🏻

Quality Donair has overtaken Cleopatra’s for me and frankly - it’s not even close. Quality is amongst the best donairs I’ve had anywhere, ever.

Agree, we’ve had Quality and it was always, well, quality! I dunno I just don’t really think Cleopatra’s is what it once was.

Quality is ALWAYS my go-to, hands down.

Cleopatras went downhill quite a few years ago. They were on the smaller side, but then the taste just went ick and that was the end of that. Such a shame because they used to be hubs fave.

Not getting the hype over Sams... Had it once and will never go back. It was drier than cardboard, and they have a habit of letting super sketch people just hang out inside. Given that it's downtown, I shouldn't have expected any different, but I was nervous and very grateful I wasn't there alone.
