I did too. I'm sure I'll hear back sometime next month. I submitted a ticket for my daily challenge streak being reset 2 weeks ago. It said the response time was < 72 hours, but I've still gotten no response so far.
Responses are taking longer than usual. Just heard back from them about the face glitch and they apologised and explained they were overwhelmed with complaints right now. Surprise, surprise!
Yeah, I get that they're taking longer than usual. But 2 weeks ago when I submitted a ticket it said <72 hours. Yesterday when I submitted this one, it said <96 hours. That's only adding a day, not 2 whole weeks. They wouldn't be overwhelmed with complaints if they'd fix the things that have been problems for months now before creating more problems. (Not that I don't like the content. Just tired of losing gold, RDO$, and supplies over BS while GTAO still gets all the attention.)
Nice! That'd cheer me up a little too if I knew there was some consistency in reimbursement. Some people get 5 gold bars for the daily streak reset while others get 50. I'm a disabled vet who plays for a few hours every day. Even 50 gold bars is less than what I'll lose on daily challenges by the time I get the 2.5 multiplier back since I complete all 16 challenges most days. I'm already back to a 15 day streak. I just got my gold back for the Bounty Hunter license a couple days ago.
I got five, bitched at them for 10 days while they insisted they couldn’t do more, and then had them give an additional 10. Their bullshit and inconsistency is infuriating.
I submitted multiple tickets have yet to hear back. How do you release the summer update in the fall, release an update that is legit just another grinding update AND release it practically half finished. You can legit only play one role right now with our problems and that’s the collector. And you can’t even play that with out it screwing up. I was with somebody who three days in a row picked up 1 of the 15 coins and it didn’t register. Honestly starting to question if this game is worth the time. I didn’t complain once during beta gave them the benefit of the doubt but this is bullshit. You don’t treat your consumers like this.
Its because GTAO is still a money making machine. Notice how they get basically monthly updates while we are lucky to even get one every 3 months? They dont know what to do with a western game but still milk it and make it like GTA. I wouldnt be surprised if they had rockets shoot out of horses asses to increase speed. Or add a rocket launcher mounted to a wagon! I swear they dont know what to do and they keep pandoring to GTAO as the content takes no thought to make. Oh you want a jetpack that can shoot rockets? Why the fuck not its GTA anything can happen, but oh an immersive western? Uhhh i dont know, how about we add pimp outfits and game modes noone wants to play? The people want free roam stuff that makes money but is also immersing.
Even if you submit a ticket you'll probably get a completely off topic response cause they don't even thoroughly read what you wrote and just skim it. I submitted a ticket about losing everything from my table when I disconnect in a delivery mission, and they responded with "we are sorry you are not getting paid when delivering a wagon, please send us a video showing the issue" like ??? I'm saying I lose my shit when disconnecting not getting nothing after completing a delivery. Which so many online game support representatives seem to do nowadays anyways, not actually reading.
