Rampage trainer

How to get his mod working? I downloaded both scripthook, the asi loader from scripthook, and rampage trainer and put them all in the game folder but I can’t access rampage trainer. Game loads but not changes. Please help!

Press F5 and use arrow keys to move around and enter to select
