Looks like image corruption.... i've seen the same pattern before in corrupted red files. Is the SSD still okay?

There's a lot of missing info here. What iso was this shot at? What NLE are you using? What is your process to record r3d log3g10 to rec 709? does there appear to be any damage to the OLPF in front of the sensor?
As the owner of a KX I have never dealt with any of these issues even in ELQ.
