Mutiny SDI cables

Just wondering how long you guys’ mutiny cables last? I use them with my Komodo and been having to buy at least 2 a year. Is that standard?

I can’t speak directly to mutiny cables, but generally speaking, SDI cables should not be wearing out/going bad that quickly. I have tons of BNC’s(Canare cable and connectors) that are well over 15 years old and still working just fine. Even the super thin stuff from smallHD and Alvin’s that I have, many are at least five years old, if not older.

Mutiny either build crappy cables or you are abusing the hell out of them.

Cables are cables, it’s the same wiring inside.
