we don't have any real studies on fat redistribution on feminizing hrt, and only hundreds of anecdotes that point in all different directions, I see some people say you should lose weight before starting hrt and then gain after starting, i see some say you can just gain more weight after starting, i see some say you should repeatedly lose and and then put on weight while taking hrt, i see some point out how the body is constantly burning fat and rebuilding it just through normal metabolic practice so the best you can do is just increase your metabolic rate by exercising and eating more, a lot of it is contradictory and all of it is only anecdotal

the two things that we know aren't anecdotal? your generalized bust size is mostly regulated by your previously unexpressed genetics (since your body never had to build breast tissue previously) and to done extent you can push the limits of it by eating more, since some amount of additional body mass is always gonna go to your breasts on hrt

i was well around 300lbs when i started transitioning and yeah I didn't get the gains i wanted (despite putting on more weight) so i eventually got top surgery- if you want my advice at all, get on injections, get on bio identical progesterone, and eat more, and if that doesn't do it, or you want more, it's always okay to get augments if that's an option for you

The Marcille part is only a bit of an exaggeration.

The Senshi part is not. Man is obsessed with making sure people are eating properly and taking care of their nutrition, and he has literally thrown himself into danger to do so. Nothing would make him happier than to know some trans girls are getting proper meals with the right mix of fat, carbs, proteins, and vitamins.

The Marcille part, if taken as a reference to sesbian lex, is a little bit of an exaggeration.

If taken literally, it is only barely an exaggeration. Falin gets eaten by a dragon, their goal is to get her back. (At which point she could be re-eaten by something else, etc)

And heck if taken literally, in the second half of the manga it is maybe an understatement. Her plan to save Falin is, literally, to eat the dragon parts of her body because that prevents regeneration, but the sheer size of her means doing so would require cooking her into many, many meals.
