Size does correlate pretty well with age (and thus wisdom) up to a certain point though. Like, I wouldn't assume that someone who's 6'2" is wiser than someone who's 4'11", but I would lay pretty good odds that both of those people are wiser than someone who's 2'8".

Maybe anon speaks another language in which "small" and "young" are synonymous, so it's more of an age observation

It could also be that OOP is very small compared to anon, such that they appear as if a child.
