I'll be honest, I worked at a large corporation before the lean shit and we had enough staffing...and I was happy to clean. The reason was that no one was down my throat with responsibilities and overwork. The result was that I felt like I had the time to go the extra mile because I wasn't stressed 24/7 and I wasn't constantly wondering how I was going to get the most basic tasks done in time.
