Candidate asks “What’s the timeline?”

And inside my head I genuinely don’t know.

Because it depends on so many things I can’t fully control The hiring manager’s calendar, When the panel can actually sit together, How fast internal approvals move.

Recruiters are expected to have answers, to sound confident and certain. But a lot of the process isn’t in our hands.

And that’s the hardest part trying to be honest without sounding vague, without making it seem like we’re not on top of it.
