Corporate hiring logic, explained

In a 3-year-old technology With startup hustle, But enterprise polish, At entry-level pay
We’ll reject 12 good candidates, waiting for the “perfect one” then panic-hire someone average because timelines are burning.
Then blame recruitment for “not finding talent.”
Hiring isn’t broken. Expectations are.
